Mark Bell
Mark joined CentreForum in January 2007. He previously worked for Massachusetts Senator John Kerry in Washington DC. He graduated from St Anne’s College, Oxford University in 2006 where he read Philosophy, Politics and Economics. During university he was medical officer and film-maker for an award winning student expedition to the remote Comoros islands.
