Russell Eagling
Russell Eagling worked for Paddy Ashdown, Nick Clegg and David Laws before spending time teaching English at a Chinese University. On returning to the UK he completed a Masters degree at Westminster University in Interactive Multimedia. In addition to his work at CentreForum, Russell is a councillor on the London Borough of Camden where he represents the Fortune Green ward.
