Toby Fenwick

Toby began his involvement with CentreForum in 2011, working with Stephen Williams MP and Portman Capital on CentreForum’s bank share distribution proposal. Currently a Senior Policy Adviser for Fleishman Hilliard, Toby holds graduate degrees in international law and international relations from UCL and LSE. A former HM Treasury civil servant, he served in the RAF intelligence reserve from 1995 to 2009, and has written for Chatham House and undertaken research for the Parliamentary Assembly
of the Council of Europe.
